Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There was a posting on my school's careers site. I had to upload a resume only. I waited a couple of weeks and then found out I was selected for OCR. The interview was with a former FDLPer and a director, both from the Houston office. There were about ten behavioral/ getting to know you type questions and maybe seven or eight simple accounting and finance questions. Pretty typical stuff. I got a call a couple weeks later saying I missed the cut for round two. They gave me a little feedback on my interview, which is not all that common to do from what I've heard.
