Please describe the interview / hiring process.

I stopped by their booth in a career fair. I got an invitation email to a on campus recruiting. The 1st interview went well. It was about 30 minutes. It was half behavior and half technical problem (coding). Then three days later got another email asking me to attend a superday interview.

The superday was actually two days. The first day they invited you to visit their company and the CME trading floor as well as a training course. They invited you to dinner where you can talk to people in the company.
The next day it was a whole day interview. The first half day was intelligent test (kind of SAT), excel test and mock trading. The second half day was a serious of 6 interviews. 4 of them are behavior and 2 of them are technical.

I didn't get the offer but I do like all the employees I met. It was a positive learning experience for me.
