Summer intern

Reached out to senior manager expressing interest in a summer internship prior to beginning an MBA program in the fall. Was connected to a senior (publishing) analyst and had a brief phone screen, followed by a one on one interview with the analyst (and his junior).

Interview was very high level, fit based. Mostly felt like the analyst trying to sell me on the project(s) he had in mind for a summer gig. No technicals to speak of. Although this is probably analyst specific, so don't count on all analysts being the same way.
