Business Technology Analyst

I got my interview through campus recruiting. Deloitte is recruiting from my school, but I made solid networking my junior and senior year to make sure they know me. For the first round they selected 15 people and it was a behavioral interview with a partner and a case interview with a manager. The interviews were held in the morning and in the evening top eight candidates received an invitation for the second round which was held the following day. Second round was a longer case interview with a partner and consisted of 4 separate questions (while the first one had only two). Nothing hard if you have an IT background and can think logically. The entire process was really quick as the first round was on Thursday and we had final decision on Wednesday of the following week.
