Business Technology Analyst (BTA)

They did a ton of on campus sessions, even in the Spring before the Fall interviews. They are extremely particular about who to interview, and pretty much only give interviews to people who are extremely smart and/or those who can make a great impression. If you want to work here, it is not enough that you just show up. You have to show up repeatedly and make a solid impression. This stuff seems obvious, but most of the people I was competing against for this job just didn't seem to truly appreciate what I just said. They only gave interviews to, eh, about 10% of people who apply.
