Entry-Level Analyst

After completing the online application form, I received an invitation to take numerical and verbal reasoning tests, which were then followed by an etray exercise and a written task. Having passed these stages, I had an interview which was more like an assessment centre at their London office and which lasted for about 3 hours. I started with a group exercise where we (me and 4 other candidates) were each given the profile of a city and had to altogether decide which one we thought would be best to host a sports event. Then we were given about 15' to prepare for a case study, following by a 1-on-1 interview with a HR member. The first part of this interview consisted of questions on the case study; the second part was purely competencies-based.
