Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process was relatively informal. I was told to come to the office on a particular day, where I got the chance to meet many of the staff members, all 1 on 1. I believe they usually set aside days to interview candidates, and this was not one of those days. I met with who I could when I could. I met with analysts, managing directors, and VP's. The employees came in when they had the chance, and some were limited as they were in the middle of something. I came in the next day to meet with three additional members of the staff. Overall, I spent less than four hours at the office. Since my experience is limited, most of the questions were about personality, fit, and the workload. While I did get technical questions, I got very few that really required me to demonstrate any technical proficiency.
