Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I attended an info session on campus for their valuation and dispute consulting positions. I was more interested in Ibanking, so I applied to that and valuation, and interviewed for both. I ended up going to the IBD superday. It consisted of a pre-interview dinner, a group case study, and 5 back-to-back interviews. Everyone was super down to earth, and the office has a beautiful view of a country club next to Century City.
