Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and got contacted by VP in the office I applied for. It was a general phone interview asking about typical questions such as why duff and phelps and why valuation services. Also a lot of behavioral and situational questions. No right or wrong answer to this, just practice and modify your answers. You shouldn't be making things up, however at the same time don't forget that you are trying to impress the interviewer. You are competing with hundreds of other applicants and you should focus and really think about making an impression. I think one of the best indicator in interviews is that making the interviewer laugh. They are also looking to find someone they want to work with, that being said be conversational and be nice.
