Investment Banking Analyst Intern

Applied for internship via website...got a call to set up an interview in about a week or so. The phone interview consisted of general questions. I got your usual 'walk me through your resume', 'why banking/what led you to banking'. On the technical side, the interviewer asked about how the 3 statements fit in with one another (specially how buying an asset with debt would look in the statements for a number of years). The position seemed like it would require analysts to do their own sourcing for deals. The interviewer said that most of their interns/analysts spend about 50% of their time just sourcing deals.
