Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online. Heard back within ~1 month through HR and the interview was quickly scheduled. My interview consisted of a 2 on 1 with higher ups who had a long tenure with the organization. It was mainly behavioral and knowledge-based (what does the Fed do, tell me about a time you had to deal with..., how would you approach...) and anything more technical was qualitative (what would the Fed do in... scenario).
