Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Pretty straight-forward process, they had me do a few phone screens, one with the recruiter (who has an ibanking background so don't take it lightly), an associate, and a VP. After those went well, they flew me out to SF for the super day. Spoke to a number of individuals from analysts up to MDs, including meeting the individuals that phone screened me in person. Overall a very pleasant process, wasn't particularly technical at the super day, seems like they got it out of the way mostly during the phone screens. However I think I got dinged from a personality/fit standpoint, so keep that in mind.
