Investment Banking Analyst

Coming from a non-target, I networking with a few VPs prior to start of FT recruiting. I was able to go through the first round screen, which was deemed as the "Technical" phone screen. The questions are what are seen in different study guides, but they I was also asked about my deal experience (since I was doing a IB intern role at that time). I found out two weeks later an invitation for a Superday, but I could not make it for personal scheduling conflicts. I was never able to reschedule, but I am mindful that these firms have a schedule to abide by.
