1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Dropped resume online, phone interview then superday at their office in NYC. Phone interview was with an analyst for 30 mins. Superday was 6 rounds, 4 with analysts, one with a trader and one with a PM. At the superday, each interview had a different focus - some focused on specific industries, such as real estate, other ones focused on technicals.
