Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online through OCR with a cover letter, resume, and transcript. Received invitation to interview one month after application submission. Two back to back interviews, each 30 minutes long. The first interview was case-based. Case revolved around helping IBM retain employees after noticing a low retention rate. Questions involved which data would be valuable to look at, which aspects of the company should be changed, and how long it would take to solve the problem. The second interview was all behavioral and fit questions, asking to give examples of times you showed teamwork, leadership, faced a challenge, and faced a failure. Rejection letters were sent one week after these interviews. Those who passed this round were invited to meet the team at IBM offices as a formality before being given an offer.
