Please describe the interview / hiring process.
- Attended campus information session, which involved a presentation about the company and the summer analyst internship
- First round interview: on campus with two interviewers (Analyst and Director) for 30 mins covering typical resume questions
- Second round interview: on bank premises with two interviewers (two Directors) for 30 mins covering behavioral and fit questions
- In both interviews, interviewers were very nice, personable, and straight forward in their questions. Perceived office and work culture to be laid back and quiet, while focusing on the task on hand.
