Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was fairly simple. For most schools, IBM will come to your career fair and recruit that way. For my school, they did not come to the career fair and I had to do two phone interviews. For some locations, other candidates have the two phone interviews and then a superday, but I did not. Easiest process I've been through.
