Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process smooth and well organized and all very conversational. Pre-screen phone interview with internal recruiter to assess fit with ICF. First round phone interviews with Principal and VP. In local office 2 hr. excel, writing and case assessment - relatively basic questions on excel functions and aviation-related analysis. Writing assessment very basic and made me question ICF ability to attract quality candidates. Second round travel to visit practice office meeting with senior manager, principal, VP, and junior associates. All interviewers were knowledgeable (within aviation) and friendly.
