Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online through campus recruiting website. Invitations were then sent out to take an online personality and skills test. Afterwards, HR conducted phone screens and then invited candidates to a super day. Superday was laid back, four interviews with senior bankers. No real interaction with junior level employees so it was hard to gauge the full work picture.
