Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Made a connection with the swaps trader who referred me to HR. HR conducted a call with me and then forwarded my resume to hiring managers. Was then invited to superday which was only one 30 minute interview due to the relationship I built with the swaps trader (normally three 30 minute interviews).
