Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First a phone screen for 15 minutes. Then 4 rounds of Skype interviews with the head of trading, head of quant and 2 senior traders. The first one with the head of trading is mainly related to brainteasers and options knowledge. The second interview with the head of quant is related to probability questions on dice and coins. The third interview with a senior trader is related to option greek knowledge and personality. The last focused only on personality. The last person who asked only personality questions seemed to have an issue with every answer I gave and looked like he was searching for a reason to reject ( lasted for 75 mins instead of the alloted 30minutes). The experience was good and I did well for all the interview rounds, except for the last one.
