Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process began with an interview with two Associates from their Chicago office. This interview was half an hour on-campus and consisted of a resume walk-through, behavioral questions, as well as a good number of technicals and time for questions. Within the next day or so I was invited to interview at their Chicago office. The process consisted of 6 half-hour interviews as well as a written sample. The interviews included members of various different business groups (healthcare, industrials, food&bev, and business services). Five of the six were more behavioral and consisted of a resume walkthrough and behavioral questions plus maybe one or two technical questions. The last interview was all technical and included a brain teaser or two. The writing sample required reading a report on a company and summarizing it.
