Summer Associate Intern

Interviewed for a trading position but covid stopped the hiring process. Few months later, the interviewer got my resume in front of the ECM team who were looking for an analyst. I had 7 interviews, all through zoom, all one on one. The interviews took 3 weeks. 3 days after my last interview I received a verbal offer, two days after that I got the offer letter. Since it is with ECM and it is a mix of IB and S&T, the technical questions were market heavy. Where do I see markets going? What is currently moving the markets? What ways can a company raise capital through equity? Prepare using an S&T guide. Mostly fit questions are they wanted someone who was a team fit but got a small handful of market questions from each of my 7 interviewers. It's an IB role that sits on the trading floor so it's important to be market savvy.
