Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My friend was hired in this position last month. So he referred me. I did an excel test about calculating currency haircut. And sent it back but unfortunately I failed it. As my friend said, there would be a phone interview about
standard probability questions. The most hard thing is that you are supposed not to use calculator nor pen and paper. Then next round would be behavior test and IQ test which also includes probability questions by HR and current employee.
