I applied online on my university's website. I didn't make it past the first round. It was an on-campus interview where the interviewer asked me basically all behavioral questions, nothing too hard. If I passed this round, I would have made it to Citi's super day, which was planned a week later.

He asked me pretty standard questions like...
"Tell me about a time where you were in an ethical dilemma in the workplace or at school, and how did you deal with it?"
"Why internal audit?"

He also asked me about my experience listed on my resume.

Overall, he was okay, but I just didn't think our personalities "clicked." Each time I mentioned something about what I've done/learned, he'd interrupt me and proceeded to tell me stories of his past.
