Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submitted resume to OCR recruiter. Got invited to phone interviews within 3 days. Two 30 mins phone interview with 1 manager and 1 senior manager. After that, did background check and an online behavior based test. Got invited to office within 2 weeks. On site interview with 1 senior manager and 1 director, both very casual conversation. Received offer exactly 1 week after.
