Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied via career office on campus, was invited to an on-campus interview a couple weeks later with 5-6 classmates. If you pass this interview, they will fly you to Wichita for a Super Day-esque interview. After that, they will submit their job offer. I was asked very few behavioral questions- really just simple "walk me through your resume," "why finance?" and "tell me about a time you faced a challenge." Many of the technical questions were pretty simple accounting questions, such as "walk me through the three financial statements," "tell me how a purchase of PP&E for $x at y% depreciation rate would be shown across the statements," and questions about the markets and personal investing I have done. Overall, it was very apparent that the interviewer was trying to challenge my confidence in my answers for both behavioral and technical questions. With that being said, he often interrupted me and told me my answer was wrong before I was even able to give him my entire answer, which I felt made him come off as rude.
