L.E.K. has a very entrepreneurial atmosphere. The firm is still young and growing at a steady but controlled rate. Alumni were very kind, in my opinion, and were extremely helpful in introducing me to the firm and preparing me for interviews. I had two ~30-minute interviews on campus, a strategy and a market sizing. Final rounds were three ~50 minute interviews, two market sizing and a brain teaser. To prepare, get creative with your market sizing. It can be a routine-type case format, so make it original and creative and you will stand out.
