First I applied online directly through their webiste. Then recruiter contacted me an we basically had a screening interview to see if I could be a possible fit. had previous banking experince so I made it through the interview easily. then was time for 1 on 1 with manager. manager was pretty chill and asked me question related to my past banking experince. he then asked where id see myself in the necxt three years and i told him i was interested in IB so thats where id see myself.
