Nexus Venture Partners is India's leading VC fund. Nexus invests in early and early growth stage companies in India and the US. The firm focuses on the following segments: Enterprise technology, Consumer Internet, Mobile, SaaS, Business and Consumer service. Every year, 6 to 8 new investments are made.
Nexus typically invests up to $10 million in early / early-growth stage companies and up to $500,000 in seed companies. Nexus also likes to participate in follow-on investments at later stages for companies that successfully execute their business plans. The firm prefers to take a board seat in the companies they invest in and actively support ventures. However, Nexus does not seek to control or manage the company they invest in.

Nexus has been voted as India's Top Venture Fund by Red Herring and India's Best VC firm in 2009 and 2012 by Venture Intelligence APEX.
