Campus Representative

There's an assignment where you have to essentially prospect for the future because they want to try and convert you to a summer financial representative just like the same people you recruit. There's also a lot about personality and the process does feel very sales-y. My resume was screened and I got a phone call, then a phone interview and an assignment to go cold call/prospecting, then to the 1 on 1 interview.
