. The interview was extremely easy. First I was given a personality test. From memory I can say that I was asked a lot of questions about how well I think I will do. After about a week I received a phone interview. The phone interview was really easy too. I basically just had to show passion and knowledge about the company. I mentioned their high accolades and current events. And they were pretty pleased. They also asked me why I was interested in working for Northwestern mutual. The interview was about fifteen minutes long.
