Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online for Sydney office, 1 online skill test with probability questions, 1 personality test online as well. After that is a face-to-face online 1-hour interview with an HR and a trader (this should be on-site but changed to online due to covid-19). If you pass that, it will be another similar 1.5-hour interview (this is the final round) with an HR and a senior trader. Interviews are all half behavior and half technical. Typical behavior questions like why trading? why the company? Technical questions are mainly game-based about quick mental math, quick learning, and probability/expected value.
