Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Hiring was a very straightforward 2-stage process. An initial one-2-one interview with a VP in the team (walking him through my CV), followed by an assessment centre, comprised of HR interview (competency questions), presentation (go through some material and draft a 8-10 slide deck) and interview with the Head of the Team (walk him through the presentation and thinking rationale, some more competency questions, followed by 'informal' coffee).
