Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview for a PM team looking to start new pod. Began with call to hiring manager who went over resume and asked general strat/trading questions. Next round was another call with a trader from an adjacent team trading Asia, asked more technical approach questions to trading and equities. Technical coding exam in Q language. Total four interview rounds lasting 30min-1hr each.
