SEO is not a bank, it's a foundation. However, they expect to be treated like a bank (and don't necessarily tell you so). I go to a liberal arts Ivy, and BB banks interview us with that in mind. There's not many technical questions, and they are more basic. SEO, however, interviewed me like I go to Wharton. My fault for not being prepared, but be aware that the interview will be 80% technical and 20% fit.
This was the first-round interview, and I did make it to the second round, despite a few mistakes in the technical part. A strong resume and going to a big-name school makes up for it, it seems.
