Module 1: Introduction

In this module, we teach you how to build a PDP model. You will learn how to estimate the production, energy content, gas processing, and equivalents of the reserves. You will also learn how to create a processing statement, forecast the revenues and costs, and calculate the taxes and cashflow.
Module 5: Single-well Economics
In this module, we teach you about the key assumptions and inputs, such as TC profiles, decline curve analysis, D&C costs, and timing of cash flows. You will also learn how to calculate the summary metrics, such as NPV, IRR, and payback period, as well as the break-even price of oil or gas for a given well.
Module 6: NAV Model
In this module, you will learn how to build a NAV model. You will learn how to set up the layout of the model, how to input the rig schedule and well schedule, how to estimate the reserves and production profile, and how to create a quad plot to visualize the results.
Module 7: Case Study
In this module, we'll guide you through a case study where you'll master analyzing investor presentations, evaluating A&D transactions, and describe the key features of O&G assets. You'll also gain expertise in calculating price differentials, OpEx, CapEx, estimating the reserves, production rates, and decline curves.
Module 8: Transaction Comps
This module covers 6 lessons on transaction comps for O&G companies. You'll learn to choose comparable companies, compute metrics, analyze trends, drivers, and compare valuation methods. IThis module will help you understand how to value oil and gas assets and companies using examples and data sources.

Extremely thorough treatment of LBO modeling (contains 120 lessons, none of the lessons are fluff). I like that they added some useful tips to keep in mind when creating an LBO model in Excel. Unfortunately I am not a finance professional so I can only review this on the basis of a casual learner who was curious about finance. I am not sure how applicable it would be to real world careers but I can definitely say this is a deep introduction for further studying, at the very least.
I am not sure how it compares to other LBO courses in terms of value for money (if there are even other LBO online courses out there), but I do want to emphasize that it is an extremely dense course compared to most other online/MOOC courses so the price (probably) scales accordingly compared to standard online course prices from other services.
