Laid off unexpectedly

Hi guys,Don't post much. But got laid off today. Had some personal issues that affected performance last quarter. Don't want to give too much detail out rn. Looking for a new job bc ik each day I wait it gets difficult. I'm very learned about FICC and that is where my original passions lie. Whether is ST or execution trading. If there is anyone who can pm me or comment to put me in the right direction I would be eternally grateful. Thank you.

Edit: not exclusive to those roles. Would appreciate advice on how to bounce back and get going again.

I’ve got a couple interviews but not trying to put all my eggs in basket. Just have to be motivated to do the work and prep resume and interview material it’s insanely hard to do stuff but I will overcome thanks to people like you so I appreciate it.

Hey there OP, shit happens sometimes, but "this too shall pass", soon.

Best to network hard, and try to land a position in a related position→ would ideally have a healthy mix of aiming for the stars and more low hanging fruit kind of options.
Would workout if that is happens to be your jam, best to go and be with some loved ones if that is an option.

Good luck!
