Interview Details
Stage 1: HR Phone call
The first stage involved a 1-on-1 phone call with an Accenture HR representative. This was a standard HR interview and basically went through ones resume, clarifying any questions they might have. Standard additional questions asked included 'why are you leaving your current position' and 'what is your current compensation'
Stage 2: Interview Snr Manager /w Case Study
The second stage involved a 1-on-1 interview with a Senior Manager from the department and a case study. The process runs for three hours allocated as follows: 1 hour case study preparation, 1 hour case study discussion with senior manager and 1 one hour resume/experience discussion with senior manager.
Stage 3: Interview with Director
The final stage was a 1-on-1 interview with a Senior Manager from the department.
