Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. It was an initial phone interview then an in-person interview at their office in Phoenix.
Interview Questions
It was mainly behavioral questions. I had three different 30-min interviews with different people on the team i was interviewing for. The first one was with HR, then 2 analysts, then 2 upper mgmt people. I spent a good portion of the interviews walking them through my resume and how I was involved outside the classroom. They were very nice and did not grill me all.
