Typical Citadel process. Initial round will include a conversation with a business development person, and a conversation with the PM. Subsequent rounds would include constructing a model portfolio based on a subset of names (weekend assignment), a modelling test, and a conversation with the founder.
Interview Questions
-How long does it typically take you to realize that you are wrong? What queues do you look for that lead you to reverse your view? (generalize, not necessarily looking for specific examples of where you have been wrong.)

-Describe your investment process in the context of how you have approached XYZ industry? (This was not a difficult question per se, but you need to be very careful as it can easily spiral into an industry debate which will get you away from a more level approach to describing your process.)

- If I were to pull open one of your models, what would I be most impressed by, and what am I likely to find concerning? (conversation heads down the rabbit hole from here).
