The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Submitted a resume / cover letter online. Received an invitation for a phone interview with 2 senior consultants at the firm. Basic questions like walk through the resume, why healthcare, why consulting, etc...mostly fit. Asked 2 brainteasers. One was "How much would it cost to wash all the windows in Seattle" Typical quick case study walk-through, just show your logic and reasoning at each step.

Move on to the next (final) round of interview, which consisted of a 9 am - 2 pm whole day affair. Several parts, including presentation about one-self, 2 on 1 lunch interview, case-study about healthcare pricing and an easy math quiz.
Interview Questions
For the in person interview, they gave a list of healthcare plans and the associated costs. There was a list of questions following this and you had to calculate some different scenarios.
