IBD Summer Analyst

Applied online as always, and did the math test. Same test as almost all the other banks so it was really easy. I even knew the answer to a couple of questions since I had already answered those in other tests with other banks.

Was invited to an assessment centre in London directly, so no first round.

At the assessment centre there were two groups interviewing.

First we had a group case, which took about 1h hour followed by a 20min presentation.

Then after lunch it was time for 1 on 1 interviews. Had 5 initial interviews, which was quite intense. One of the teams did only technical questions while the other had more fit questions.

After all the interviews when I was about to leave I was asked by one of the teams if I had time to do another interview. I then met another guy from the team for a final interview (5th interview with that team). And before I had the time to leave the building the last guy called me on my cellphone and congratulated me on receiving the offer.
