Please describe the interview / hiring process.
2 Skype interviews for first round interviews in October, then followed by two in person informational series interviews in November in New York office. The superday is in January in the New York office as well for face to face for three 2 on 1 interviews. Generally, the bankers from Barclays are really nice and chill. They mostly want to see whether you are a good fit for them. So there are more behaviors questions than technicals.
