Summer Analyst

One on-campus interview (half hour) with my potential manager for the summer, very laid-back, extremely fit-oriented. Asked general behavioral questions; definitely seemed more concerned with having someone that would work well with the team rather than the candidate with the best experience and financial knowledge.

Final round interviews were in office, was originally supposed to be 6 one-on-one interviews for a half hour each over three hours, but due to time constraints on their end it was shortened to three two-on-one interviews for a half hour each. Not very technical, as with the first interview they seemed most concerned with getting someone who would fit in best with the team. That being said, they were more questions that, while not incredible technical, made sure I had a general knowledge of financial markets and could speak intelligently about what was going on in the world. Also, each interviewer was very interested in my knowledge of the exact position and asked many questions to see if I really understood the role and the team.
