Applied through school's career website. Got contacted via email and set up the interview via email. There was no phone contact prior to the day of the interview. The interviewer started off by describing the position. After that he asked me to walk me through some points on my resume (past job experiences). Later he asks "what stocks are you following?" (if any). He asks you to pitch him 2-3 stocks and give your reasoning behind it. I believe he said handful of people got interviews and out of those handful 2 would end up with the job. The interviewer was very nice overall. Salary was 70k.
