1 on 1 Interview
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Participated in the Diverse Leaders Program. From there we could rank our top 5 groups we were interested in. From differing sources I’ve heard you could get anywhere from 1-3 first round interviews, didn’t see anyone get more than 3. 1 first round over zoom with both a VP and Associate on the call. From there move to in person superday at their NYC office.
