Basically I applied for the position on Arizona State's Career link. I had the G.P.A. but not any kind of prior experience. I went in and crushed the quantitative tests they threw at me (Know bayes theorem, very very well).
Simple brain teasers. It seemed like they were disappointed with me lack of knowledge of certain markets. I wouldn't go in without knowing recent oil, tech trends at least.
Interview Questions
Oil is at it's (x) month's peak, given the trends what do you think are some economic forces that are driving this price up.

My answer( unprepared): "Hm. (10 second pause) consumer demand, and investor sentiment. (no follow up to that. Fail.)
