Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone interview with a few technical questions. Then a dinner with many people from the firm and 15 other candidates. The next day was a full day of interviews which alternated from personality inverviews and intense technical questions. There was also a portion where you were given the financial statements of two different companies and had 15 minutes to review and explain which company you would invest in and why. There was also a writing test where you were given an article to read and then you had to argue for or against the topic. It was a intense exhausting 8 hour day
