Summer Analyst

I was contacted by HR through an alumni referral. Relatively easy process. First interview was via phone with the head of HR recruiting, which was mainly a screen and fit-oriented interview. I then traveled to Bridgewater for second and final round interview. Met with two directors of equity trading, both interviews were mostly fit questions, with several general market questions such as stock pitching and current market trends. Overall, easy process, but I must admit that the main reason it is probably an easy interview process is because all interns are usually family or alumni relationship hires.
